Avalon Palace Hotel (Adults Only), Zakynthos Town

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were very nice, all the staff were incredibly welcoming and couldn't do enough for you, and the view of the town from this side of the hotel was fantastic. However, there were some issues with amenities like shampoo, old towels, and uncomfortable beds. The service, especially from Yanis in the restaurant, was top-notch. The location, though a bit far from Zakynthos Town, offered magnificent views and was close to the city and the ferry port. The dining experience was fantastic, but with limited options. Overall, a pleasant stay with a few minor drawbacks.

My stay at the hotel was exceptional! The rooms were modern and very comfortable, situated above the restaurants with a fantastic view of the town. I could not have asked for a better hotel experience. The rooms felt like a 5-star hotel room, which was absolutely beautiful. However, there was a noticeable terrible smell in the room. The service was ultra helpful and caring, making my stay memorable. The location was amazing, with a nice sea view and just a 5-minute drive from Zante City. Despite the fantastic service and pristine rooms, the dining options were disappointing with very limited choices of not very tasty food.
